With the help of Connor Heggie, a machine learning research engineer at Scale AI, the company has developed AI-enhanced messaging to assist sales teams in generating leads and closing deals at a faster pace.
While the concept of AI-powered sales development is not new, Unify sets itself apart by focusing on what it calls "warm outbound" messaging, utilizing data from CRMs and other sources to tailor messages to potential buyers. Hughes emphasizes that Unify is more than just an AISDR company and sees itself as a data company akin to Zoominfo and Outbound.io.
Despite the distinction in approach, Unify is experiencing rapid growth, with revenue already in the millions and a roster of high-profile clients including Justworks and Lattice.
